Your privacy is important to Arizer. This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose and store your information.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Anytime you are in contact with us you may be asked to provide your personal information for use consistent with this Privacy Policy. When you create an account, purchase a product, or contact us, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, and credit card information.

You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but if you do not, in some cases we will be unable to provide you with our products or service, or respond to your inquiries.

We use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, customer service, website, content and advertising. We may also use your personal information to verify identity, to determine appropriate services, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes.

With your consent, the personal information we collect allows us to share information with you about Arizer’s latest product announcements, sales, and promotions. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by updating your account information.

Cookies and Other Technologies

To make your experience more convenient and to serve you better, Arizer uses cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website. Cookies can be disabled on any browser or device, but please note that certain features of the Arizer website will not be available once cookies are disabled.

Arizer’s email messages and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. Information collected by cookies and other technologies is considered non‑personal information. To the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we treat these identifiers as personal information. To the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information.

We also gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information to understand and analyze trends and demographic information, for website administration, to improve our products and customer service, and in our marketing and advertising.

In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Arizer website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click any links in the email messages.

Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

Third-Party Sites and Services

Arizer shares personal information with companies who provide services such as fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, providing customer service, or marketing to customers. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. The Arizer website may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy practices.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Arizer.com uses AgeChecker to verify the age of our customers as may be required by various state and/or federal laws.  AgeChecker securely stores your date of birth, name, and address, so you can be verified for future purchases without photo ID. Photo IDs are not stored; they are deleted immediately upon verification.  Click here to learn more.
