Processing & Packaging
We process, pack, and ship all orders promptly within 2-5 business days. For your convenience and privacy, orders are packed discreetly in a plain brown box or padded envelope. Large orders may be split into two shipments, at our discretion and no additional cost to you.
Rates & Delivery
On our Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your shopping cart summary, shipping charges, and payment options. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Delivery standards listed are estimates (not guaranteed) and are based on when an order is shipped, not when an order is placed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Orders of $150.00 or more receive free shipping to anywhere in the USA.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping notification email from Arizer when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to display tracking details. Once you receive the shipping notification email you can review your order, download your invoice, and find the tracking in the “My Account” section of your customer account by clicking “My Account” on our shop.
Missed or Late Delivery
If you have selected “Signature Required” and you are not home when delivery is attempted, a notice will be left in your mailbox or on your door. All contact information and/or instructions for retrieving the shipment can be found on the notice card. If your selected shipping option does not state “Signature Required” and you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left in your mailbox or at your door.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond Arizer’s control once it leaves our warehouse, Arizer cannot be held liable for late deliveries, but we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. The delivery of orders is the responsibility of the shipping company, not Arizer, but if the estimated delivery time has passed, send us an email to: service@arizer.com and provide your order number along with the details of your request so we may assist you.
