Arizer Batteries meet rigorous quality standards. With normal use they will last for hundreds of charge cycles before losing any capacity. Dropping the unit can result in battery damage that may limit / reduce the battery capacity quickly, so it is important to handle the unit carefully.
Depending on the temperature setting and general usage patterns the Solo battery will typically last for 5-10 uses per charge, or approximately 1-2 hours of continuous use per charge.
The battery will take 3-4 hours to fully charge, or longer if you use it while charging.
If your battery is running low, with the Arizer Solo you don’t have to wait for the battery to charge before you can use it. Just plug it in, set the temperature, and use the Solo while the battery continues charging.
The Arizer Solo and Solo Chargers have built-in protections to prevent the battery from being overcharged or drained too low. To conserve battery life, use the Arizer Solo in a temperature controlled environment and use the lower temperature settings. When outdoors, stay sheltered from the elements and avoid using in extremely cold temperatures. Charge the battery as necessary. Do not store the battery fully charged or fully drained for longer than one month (store with partial charge).
The Solo Battery is a high-capacity, long life battery, and will last for a long time, even with prolonged / regular use. The Solo Battery is covered under a limited 1-Year warranty and is also available for purchase upon request. Note: Metal screens are available for your convenience but they make vapor harsh and diminish the flavors. The Solo Glass Aroma Tubes have a built-in glass screen to keep vapor pure and flavorful so we recommend using whole or coarsely ground botanicals with no metal screen for smooth and tasty vapor.
The Solo is compact, lightweight, and completely portable, conveniently fitting in the palm of your hand, coat pocket, backpack, or purse.
Equipped for worldwide use with an input capacity of 110-240V with international safety certifications.
The Arizer Solo carries a lifetime warranty on the heating element, a limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-Year warranty covering the battery.
