The Clear Choice is Glass

If you’re into dry herbs you probably already know that glass accessories are superior. We agree with you. In our humble opinion, Glass Kicks Ass! Our unique and innovative use of glass parts is a big part of what makes Arizer dry herb vaporizers so special and popular.

Borosilicate glass is inert (safe, non-toxic, flavorless, odorless), resilient (withstands rapid changes in temperature), has low thermal conductivity (unique thermal properties that deliver the most flavorful and potent vapor possible), and is Environmentally Friendly (easy to clean and reuse).

Not Going to lie … yes, it’s true, pretty much anything made of glass can break. But don’t be scared, we use tough and durable borosilicate glass that can last for years of regular use. And if the unfortunate does happen and a glass part breaks, with Arizer you have peace-of-mind knowing replacement parts are affordable and always in-stock.

Arizer’s dry herb vaporizers with original glass pod systems are designed to be easy to use and to deliver even & complete extraction of your favorite herbs in a smooth and tasty vapor. Read our Glass Blog Articles to learn more about The Arizer Way

At Arizer, glass isn’t an accessory — it’s the foundation of every device we build. From the pocket-sized Air SE to the desktop XQ2, your vapor travels a pure borosilicate glass path from the moment it leaves the herb to the moment it reaches you. The result is flavor exactly as your botanicals intended: clean, cool, and true to the strain.

Why Borosilicate Glass

The material your vapor touches on the way out shapes everything you taste. Medical-grade borosilicate glass is the gold standard for one reason — it stays out of the way:

  • Completely inert — it won’t react with your vapor, leach chemicals, or add a plastic or metal aftertaste.
  • Thermal-shock resistant — it handles repeated high-heat cycles without cracking or degrading.
  • Non-porous — residue can’t soak in, so it wipes clean and never holds onto old flavors.

Where other materials interfere, glass simply carries the vapor and lets your herb do the talking.

Pure Flavor, Preserved Terpenes

The delicate terpenes that give each strain its aroma are fragile, and easily dulled by metal or synthetic parts. A glass path preserves them. Because glass adds nothing and takes nothing, every draw delivers the full, honest flavor of what you loaded — crisp and nuanced at lower temperatures, rich and full-bodied as you climb. It’s the difference between tasting your herb and tasting your device.

Cooler, Smoother Draws

Glass naturally cools vapor as it travels. A longer glass path — like the XL Aroma Tube on the Solo III, or a frosted tube paired with a Water Pipe Adapter — means a smoother, gentler hit that’s easy on the throat, even during longer sessions.

Clean Glass, Clean Vapor

Purity you can see, and purity that’s easy to keep. Because the path is clear, you always know when it’s time for a quick clean — and cleaning couldn’t be simpler. A soak in isopropyl alcohol, a rinse, and air dry returns your glass to like-new. No hidden grooves, no odd filters, nothing to scrub.

Durable — and Easy to Replace

Borosilicate glass is built to take years of heat cycles. But glass is still glass, and if a piece ever breaks, every Arizer stem, tube and bowl is a standard, replaceable part — sold on its own, no proprietary lock-in and no writing off the whole device. Swap in a new piece and you’re right back to pure vapor.

Glass Engineered for Your Device

Every Arizer is built around glass — and within each family, the pieces are designed to work together:

  • Air & Solo portables share the same standard glass Aroma Tube and stem system, so tubes and stems carry across the Air and Solo lines; the Solo III adds an XL tube for an even longer glass path and is exclusive to the Solo III.
  • Desktops — Extreme Q, V-Tower & XQ2 use the same interchangeable glass accessories: Connoisseur Bowls, whips and elbow adapters all swap freely across the range. (The V-Tower is a whip / direct-draw unit with no fan, so balloon filling is reserved for the Extreme Q and XQ2.)
  • Go SRT has its own purpose-built system, including the signature glass Shells — engineered specifically for the Go SRT and unique to it.

Each Arizer’s glass is made to match the device it’s built for — shared within its family, and easy to expand as you go.
