What is the Dry Herb capacity in the Solo II?

The Maximum Capacity that a single Solo II Glass Aroma Tube can hold is approximately 0.3grams. Pro tip: preload extra Glass Aroma Tubes for quick change outs.

Can I microdose with the Solo II?

Yes, you can load the chamber of the Solo II Glass Aroma Tube with as much or as little as you prefer. For microdoses, lightly tamp down a small amount of herbs so it stays packed together. Alternatively, just load the chamber of the Solo II Glass Aroma Tube, preheat the device, insert the tube for 1-2 draws, then remove the Solo II Glass Aroma Tube and cap it with a Silicone Stem Cap to preserve the remaining material for future use.

How long will a full Battery Charge last?

The Solo II battery will last for up to approximately 3 hours of use per charge.

Can I use a water filtration product/bubbler with the Solo II?

Yes, with the 14mm and 19mm Solo II Frosted Glass Aroma Tubes you can easily connect to the most common glass on glass downstem fittings.

Does the Solo II come with a warranty?

Yes, the Solo II carries a Lifetime Warranty on the heating element, a Limited 2-Year Warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-Year limited warranty covering the battery. No need to register, simply retain dated proof of purchase for Warranty Service.

What happens if I use it, but don’t like it?

Unfortunately, due to the personal use nature of our products they cannot be returned for a refund once used, but we will be happy to help you familiarize yourself with your new vaporizer to get the best possible experience and troubleshoot any issues.

Q: How should I pack the Glass Aroma Tube?

Start with a medium to coarse grind for your herbal blend or even whole small chunks, not a fine grind. Then, not too tightly, pack your herbs up to a level just below the edge of the Glass Aroma Tube and gently tap down the herbs to create a slight gap.

Q: What are the Metal Screens for?

The Glass Aroma Tubes have built-in glass screens, so although unnecessary, Metal screens are available for your convenience to help prevent your material from pulling through. However they make vapor harsh and diminish the flavors, so we recommend using whole or coarsely ground botanicals with no metal screen for smoothest and tastiest vapor.
