Processing, Packaging, & Carrier Information

We process, pack, and ship all orders promptly within 1-2 business days. For your convenience and privacy orders are packed discreetly in a plain brown box.


Worldwide Shipping

We ship orders worldwide. When placing an order, if you do not see your country listed please email service@arizer.com for assistance.


Rates & Delivery

On our Secure Checkout page you’ll see your shopping cart summary, shipping options, and payment options. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Shipping in Canada

For orders under $100.00 we offer three shipping options:

Canada Post Expedited – $8.00 + tax
Delivery in 1-7 business days
Tracking Included

Canada Post Express – $15.00 + tax
Delivery in 1-3 business days
Tracking Included

FedEx Ground – $20.00 + tax
Delivery in 1-5 Business Days
Tracking Included

Orders of $100.00 or more (tax excluded) receive free Canada Post Express shipping to anywhere in Canada.

Shipping in the USA

For orders under $100.00 we offer two shipping options:

USPS First Class – $8.00
Delivery in 2-5 business days
Tracking Included

USPS Priority – $15.00
Delivery in 1-3 business days
Tracking Included
Signature Required

Orders of $100.00 or more receive free USPS Priority shipping to anywhere in the USA.

International Shipping

For orders under $200.00 we offer three shipping options:

Canada Post Air Mail – $25.00
Delivery in approximately 14-20 business days, pending Customs
Tracking Not Included
Note: Vaporizers cannot be shipped via Canada Post Air Mail – this shipping option is available for parts orders only.

USPS Priority Int’l – $45.00
Delivery in approximately 6-10 business days, pending Customs
Tracking Included

Canada Post Express – $55.00
Delivery in approximately 4-8 business days, pending Customs
Tracking Included

Orders of $200.00 or more receive free USPS Priority Int’l shipping.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping notification email from Arizer when your order has been shipped.  Once you receive the shipping notification email you can review your order, download your invoice, and find the tracking (if applicable) in the “My Account” section of your customer account by clicking “My Account”on our shop.


Missed or Late Delivery

If your selected shipping option states “Signature Required” and you are not home when delivery is attempted a notice will be left in your mailbox or on your door. All contact information and/or instructions for retrieving the shipment can be found on the notice card. If your selected shipping option does not state “Signature Required” and you are not home when delivery is attempted the package will be left in your mailbox or at your door.

The delivery of orders is the responsibility of the shipping company not Arizer, but if the estimated delivery time has passed, send us an email to: shipping@arizer.com and provide your order number along with the details of your request so we may assist you.
