If you purchased a Solo II vaporizer between June 1, 2024 and July 29, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a free upgraded replacement: the Arizer Solo II MAX.

This recall is being conducted as a precaution in response to a small number of battery venting reports. No injuries or significant damage have occurred, but we are taking steps to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Who Should Complete This Form

Please complete this form if:

  • -You purchased a Solo II vaporizer between June 1, 2024 and July 29, 2025
  • -Your unit was purchased directly from Arizer or an authorized retailer
  • -You still have access to the device and/or purchase information

What Happens Next

Once we receive and review your submission:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps
  2. If approved, we will ship your Solo II MAX replacement along with a prepaid return label
  3. You’ll have 30 days to return your original Solo II
