Arizer Batteries meet rigorous quality standards. With normal use they will last for hundreds of charge cycles before losing any capacity. Dropping the battery or the unit can result in battery damage that may limit / reduce the battery capacity quickly, so it is important to handle the batteries and your unit carefully.
Depending on the temperature setting and general usage patterns the Air battery will typically last for 3-5 uses per charge, or up to one hour of continuous use per charge. The battery will take 3-4 hours to fully charge, or longer if you use it while charging.
If your battery is running low, with the Arizer Air you don’t have to wait for the battery to fully charge before you can use it. Just partially charge the battery (15-20 minutes) and then you can set the temperature and use the Air while the battery continues charging. Note: The Arizer Air will not operate if the battery is completely drained.
An easily interchangeable battery allows you to have some spare batteries fully charged as a back-up for when your battery is running low and for extended use on the go.
The Arizer Air and Air Chargers have built-in protections to prevent the battery from being overcharged or drained too low. To conserve battery life, use the Arizer Air in a temperature controlled environment and use the lower temperature settings. When outdoors, stay sheltered from the elements and avoid using in extremely cold temperatures. Charge the battery as necessary. Do not store the battery fully charged or fully drained for longer than one month (store with partial charge).
Arizer Batteries should not be substituted for third-party batteries — Only use official Air Batteries with your Arizer Air. We cannot verify the quality or safety of other batteries, and using third-party batteries can result in personal injury, electric shock, and damage to the device which is not covered under warranty.
The Audio / Beep function can be turned on and off. To turn the Audio / Beep on or off, first power on the device, then press and hold the Up Arrow button for approximately three seconds.
If the Audio / Beep is activated, a beep will be heard when the Arizer Air is powered on or off. If the Audio / Beep is deactivated, the Arizer Air remains silent when powered on or off.

Note: Metal screens are available for your convenience but they make vapor harsh and diminish the flavors. The Air Glass Aroma Tubes have a built-in glass screen to keep vapor pure and flavorful so we recommend using whole or coarsely ground botanicals with no metal screen for smooth and tasty vapor.
